Jamia Ayesha Siddiqua Lil Banaat
Welcome to Jamia Ayesha Siddiqua Lil Banaat, an educational institution for girls established and managed by Khidmat Foundation Educational & Charitable Trust at Gairpur, Loam, Sadar Darbhanga, Bihar.
Our institution was founded on one simple belief: a girl who is strong in her Deen and confident in modern knowledge can change an entire family, and an entire generation.
On this page you will find who we are, what we believe, what we teach, how we care for our students, and how you can become part of this work.
1. Who We Are
Jamia Ayesha Siddiqua Lil Banaat is a girls institution operating under Khidmat Foundation Educational & Charitable Trust, a charitable trust working in the field of education and social welfare.
We provide Islamic education (Hifz, Nazira, Deeniyat, Arabic and Urdu) together with modern academic subjects, so that our students are neither cut off from their faith nor left behind in the world.
Our campus is located at Madarsa Chowk, near Aman Academy School, Loam, Gairpur, Sadar Darbhanga, Bihar, and serves students from Darbhanga and the surrounding villages.
2. Our Vision
To raise a generation of Muslim girls who are firm in their Aqeedah, excellent in character, and fully capable of standing on their own feet in the modern world.
We want every student who leaves our institution to be a daughter who knows her Deen, a learner who values knowledge, and a woman who serves her family and society with dignity.
3. Our Mission
Our mission is carried out through a few clear commitments:
- Provide quality Islamic and modern education under one roof
- Keep education affordable and accessible for poor and orphan girls
- Build Tarbiyah (character training) as seriously as academics
- Maintain a safe, respectful and disciplined environment for girls
- Remain transparent and accountable to parents and donors
Every rupee received and every hour taught is measured against these commitments.
4. Our Story
The institution began with a small group of students, a few dedicated teachers, and the support of well-wishers who believed that girls in our area deserved a proper place of learning.
What started as a modest effort has grown, by the mercy of Allah and the support of the community, into a functioning institution with regular classes, qualified teachers and an organised admission process.
The journey is ongoing. Facilities are being improved step by step as resources allow, and the trust continues to expand its educational and charitable work.
5. What We Teach
Our academic structure combines a religious curriculum with modern subjects, taught in an age-appropriate and structured manner.
- Islamic Studies: Quran Nazira and Hifz, Tajweed, Deeniyat, Fiqh basics, Seerah
- Languages: Arabic, Urdu, Hindi and English
- Modern Subjects: Mathematics, Science, Social Studies and Computer basics
- Life Skills: Adab, cleanliness, discipline, health awareness and practical skills
Teaching is supported by regular assessment, revision cycles and parent updates so that progress is visible, not assumed.
6. Islamic Values & Tarbiyah
Education without character is incomplete. Along with lessons, our students are trained daily in Salah, Adab, honesty, respect for parents and teachers, modesty and kindness.
Teachers act as guardians, not just instructors. Correction is done with patience and dignity, and every student is treated as an Amanah placed in our care.
7. Campus & Facilities
Our campus provides a calm, girls-only learning environment with classrooms, Quran study space, prayer arrangements, clean drinking water and basic sanitation facilities.
We continue to work on improving classrooms, learning materials, seating, library resources and other facilities as funds become available.
Cleanliness, discipline and a peaceful atmosphere are maintained as a permanent priority, not an occasional effort.
8. Our Teachers & Staff
Our teaching team includes qualified female Aalimas and academic teachers who understand both the religious and educational needs of young girls.
Staff are selected with attention to knowledge, character and conduct, and are guided to maintain a respectful, encouraging relationship with every student.
9. Safety & Safeguarding
The safety of our students is non-negotiable. We follow a Child Protection & Safeguarding Policy that governs staff conduct, student supervision and complaint handling.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to raise any concern directly with the administration. Every complaint is treated seriously and confidentially.
10. Admissions
Admissions are open to girls seeking Islamic and modern education, subject to available seats and age criteria.
The process is simple: submit the admission enquiry or form, meet the administration, complete the required documents, and confirm the seat.
Concessions are considered for orphan students and families in genuine financial need. Please contact the office to discuss your situation.
11. Support Our Work
This institution runs largely on the generosity of donors who see education as Sadaqah Jariyah — a charity that keeps giving.
Your contribution supports teachers honorarium, student education, learning materials, and the education of orphan and needy girls.
Donations can be made online through our website using our authorised payment gateway, or by contacting the office directly.
12. Transparency & Governance
Khidmat Foundation Educational & Charitable Trust is responsible for the administration, finances and policies of the institution.
We maintain records of donations and expenses, and donors may request information about how their contribution is being used.
Our published policies — Admission Policy, Donation Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Child Protection & Safeguarding Policy — explain our commitments in detail.
